Learning as a Family

This program seeks to provide clear and reasoned principles that help us make sense of how human beings actually learn. In understanding these principles we are better equipped to create a family environment that encourages learning and whose defining features are love, curiosity, and playfulness. This program also seeks to show that force, coercion and manipulation are counterproductive and not needed for real learning to occur.​ A further central aim is for this program to help you create an environment that fosters your child's autonomy in a healthy way and gives your children confidence and courage to engage in the world in a meaningful way as they grow.

  • Week 1 Introduction

    This week is all about sharing some of the foundational principles when it comes to relationships between adults and children, how human beings actually learn, and what is going on with this interaction between you and me via these videos.
